I went abroad to Holland and done a fair bit of walking (around 5-6miles) within 24hrs. My feet were aching and I did continue to walk on them while away. For the past five days the area on the top of my left foot next to my fourth toe has been numb. Movement of my foot and ankle etc is normal.
