Need Advice on Testosterone Level 321

Hello Doctor, I am a 24-year-old male. My height is 5'9" (175 cm), my weight is 100 kg, and my BMI is 32.6 kg/m². My recent fasting morning total testosterone level is 321 ng/dL (reference range: 249–836 ng/dL). Although it is within the normal range, it seems low for my age. My HbA1c is 5.7% , TSH normal . Do I need any further evaluation? Do I need any treatment, medicine, or supplements? I have attached my testosterone report. Please advise.

Pain involving the foreskin of the groin

History of Present Illness: During the 3rd–4th week of June 2026, I used a condom that was too tight during intercourse. The condom tore, and I had to remove it by forcefully stretching the tight ring. I subsequently developed pain around the underside of the penis near the frenulum and inner foreskin. On 29 June 2026, while bathing, I accidentally washed the area with a scented soap (similar to Kuppaimeni soap) and experienced sudden worsening of the pain. Since then, the symptoms have persisted daily. The skin feels dry and develops small cracks or splits, especially after drying or gentle retraction of the foreskin. The pain improves after avoiding sexual activity for 2–3 days but recurs with sex or masturbation. I also experience burning/stinging during urination and when water touches the affected area after cleaning. A white coating forms under the foreskin but washes off with water. Sometimes the foreskin partially covers the urinary opening, causing the urine stream to spray o
