Nano silver safe before conception?
I was prescribed nano silver gel by the gynaec and I used it a few days before my ovulation. I recently came to know after my ovulation that nano silver is teratogenic and can cause birth defects. What should I do, is it safe to use nano silver gel while trying to get pregnant? Or should I go to a different doctor and ensure I don't get pregnant this time?

Dilemma regarding treatment
From past one year I have gone through 3 ultrasound follicular study by ( ob gyn) ..not conceive than I go through HSG (tubal patency test where my one block tune other was open) then Placenta 10 injection still not conceive. ..now for 3 months i skipped all treatment and medicine and studies( i was feeling depressed)...& awaited for natural conceive..but till now no positive signs..my age is 33 now what should I do next ..please suggest... 1.should i go the the same earlier gynecologist who was treating or what else I should do ..please help
