Nose accidentally hit by elbow

Hello, I got accidentally hit in nose by someone's elbow today and it started paining a lot because it was a sudden hit. I panicked because in 2021 after recovering from COVID I developed some sinus issues and got my CT scan of nose done. In that CT SCAN it was found that I had slightly deviated septum but my nasal passages were clear so my ENT specialist said nothing to worry about Now it got hit all of a sudden with a big jerk that it's been past 40-45 minutes, the right side and center part of my nose is paining including my sinus points. Please tell me what to do. Should I be worried about anything?

Ruptured cyst in ear lobe

The person has a pus in the back of the ear lobe that attaches to the neck. It used to hurt when touched. After visiting the doctor recently the doctor told him it's a cyst that requires surgery to remove it. But today suddenly there was blood oozing out of the cyst, from the back of the earlobe. Possibly the cyst has ruptured. There is no pain in the area. But now the area looks punctured and blood is oozing from it. It has stopped bleeding now. Please let me know how serious it is and further diagnosis as soon as possible.

Adenoids hypertrophy (grade 3-4)

My child is detected with grade 3-4 adenoids hypertrophy and have used steroid nasal spray for continuous 2 month but the size didnot regresse. It's like for every 20 days he is being effected with cold but weezing sound always existed even though nasal discharge and congestion was absent. When the cold is starting he is complaining of nose block and when he is having cold he is also having snoring. When the cold subsided he only keep a little bit of his mouth open while sleeping. Doctor initially said natural it might reduce but later he mentioned to go for surgery.

What to do with polyp

The ent told me today that i am a surgery candidate but he wants to try steroids. Cortimax 12 and a steroid spray for 3 weeks. And montek fx too. I want another opinion too. I have a few queries: It is written sinusitis, isn't that infection? Eating steroid tablets can cause low immunity and can cause infection??(had a severe throat infection in past while on prednisolone hence asking). If i don't go for surgery, will it grow and affect the nearby structures? I am scared, why did this happen to me :(. I dont smoke or drink. Please guide me
