From last one year i have red spots on my penis i consulted nearby urologist he gave me some meds probably antibacterial and one ointment using these spots goes away. I am never involve in sexual activity but i do masturbation when i do spots comes again when i use ointment spots goes away.
Hey i had varicocele grade 1 in 2021 and since the i had no such pains or nothing.
