Doctor, I have a very small lump in the middle of my lower back, just above my hips. I’ve had it for around 4–5 years. It doesn’t hurt and I haven’t noticed any significant increase in size. I first noticed it after I had a boil/infection in that area4-5 yrs back.It feels harder when I bend forward and softer when I sit.ive attached it's picture Could you please tell me what it could possibly be ?is it a scar tissue ? My dermatologist prescribed me with biotin(5mg)+finasterid(1mg) tablets I read on internet that it has male sexual side eefects like reduced libido, erectile problem, semen amount reduction etc. So I didnt start the meds, now should I start my prescription or not bcz it is a 3 years course minimum.
