I ordered nature mania combo, capsule and cup up cream,
today my period will start, today only It got the parcel 📦 also,
when should I start this combo, is this safe,
I'm little thinking about harmonal changes and all,
i don't know is this safe to use for 3 months, when should I start this after periods ending direct also some changes will happen
So don't know when to start
Hands are having white dots and increases when i m out in sun.
Have tried mometasone cream on hands for last 20 days but no improvement.

Hii I am an acne prone girly I do get redness as well on my skin...i think it is sensitive... therefore I also switched to a gentle cleanser..
But after using gentle cleanser i think I am getting close comedones and red bumps...and acne... before this gentle cleanser i was using salicylic acid face wash...which was fine for me but it was little harsh now I am stuck because using a gentle cleanser causes clogged pores but using an active face wash is harsh what should I do
Please help me with the treatment of Nodular Scabies, scabies has been cured but just I rash left under my breast and due to intense itching it forms nodular scabies. It itches all the time. I Used momate F cream but it is not working now, please help if any medicine or lotion could work
