My blood reports had vitamin D3 of 9.8. Post that I took 60,000IU once a week for 4 weeks.
Post 1 week, can I start supplementing 5000 IU of vitamin D3 and k2 daily for 3 months?
Please suggest, if it is okay or I should minimise the dosage?
I am at a sitting job, I don't get enough time to have sunlight as well.

My 11-month-old baby is eating very little solids and is somewhat selective with food. He is interested in food and wants whatever he sees others eating. He opens his mouth, grasps food well, self-feeds and chews without any apparent difficulty. He can eat roti, paratha, chila, soft rice, potato pieces and some vegetables. However, he often eats only a few bites and then stops and asks for formula. Sometimes he refuses food when I offer it but eats when he sees me eating the same food. He also seems to prefer feeding himself—for example, he was eating chila independently but pushed it out when I mashed and fed it to him.
His pediatrician has advised reducing formula to around 500–600 ml/day, but I don't know how or when to reduce it without affecting his nutrition. He is otherwise able to manage different textures and does not seem to have chewing/swallowing difficulties.
I would like guidance on whether this eating pattern is normal for his age, how to structure meals/snacks and for
I am asking regarding my daughter. Her vitamin B12 level was 276 pg/ml when we tested previously in July. She then took Nurokind-OD 1500 mcg for 2 months. Now that she has completed the 2-month course, I wanted to ask what maintenance dose of oral vitamin B12 would be recommended, and for how long should she continue it? Also, when should we repeat her B12 level test?
