I have been experiencing itching for quite a long time in the groin area (inner thighs near the penis) and around the anal region. The itching becomes especially intense when I go to bed, whether during the day or at night.
I have already taken antifungal medication (AF-150) and used clotrimazole (Candid cream), and Luliconazole but there has been no improvement.
There are no clear red rashes or ring-like marks, but the skin has become irritated and slightly darker due to scratching.
Could you please guide me on what this condition might be and what treatment I should follow?
My wife is suffering from intense itching from last 10 days.
She itches usually at night and itching is so intense that her skin becomes red, it appears that blood will come out from body.
Mostly she itches around her chest area.
We want to consultant a doctor and want the reason of intense itching.

I have sensitive skin.oily in summer.combination in winter..now a days i have no acne..but it is acne prone also. Can i use multani mitti and rosewater in my face once a week?or it is harmful for me?
I have mistakenly used salatin paint on mole for 3 weeks...the mole got removed ..is there any problem
My sister taking vozet 5.. if she stop this ..she suffer from itching foot plam..and hand plam she doesn't have any food allergy like egg,prawn,crab etc ..
Sometimes she suffer from sunlight and heavy dust ..
