My question is what can b done / what bp med  to take additionally when on days bp goes 170/90 or more with headache but no other symptoms? One dr said take low dose Cilacar when bp goes up but not to take at night, wait n take regular bp medicine and to take Cilacar next morning after checking bp!! 💊 But the imp thing is ? what to do when bp is 170/80 or 90 with headache? Does it require any immediate additional bp medicine at that time & if yes should she take her routine dose of BP med also? Her liver enzymes r near normal as she tries to manage health.
