Dr. Satya Saraswat
When I decided to get the hair transplant done, I focused on three things: process doctor's follow, doctor **********experience and their first interaction with me. * *** ****** * *** ******* **** ***** ********** *** ***** ********** All other doctors, right from the beginning, said that they care about my long-term health and started talking about what they will do for me. Most, without asking, showed their success stories (before and after photos). Some had a presentation ready to explain the process or the sophisticated FUE technology they follow. Which is fine. I guess that's how it works. But it felt very commoditised and a rote approach to interacting with new patient. Dr. Satya didn't talk about hair transplant to begin with. He asked me what I do for a living, my background, why I feel I should get transplant done and if I have tried treatment before. He never tried to sell himself to me. Then he spoke about his day to day life as a doctor and his work. And after understanding my problems, the conversation graduated to what I should get done to solve the balding and hair thinning problem. He answered all my technical questions calmly. I had a list of 20 questions (from technique to equipment to surgery success rates to failures of hair transplant in the past). He answered them with a confident and transparent manner. Only with his clinic, his staff beforehand did a tricho scan. That was so important in hindsight as he looked at that scan to provide a better perspective of how healthy my donor area is and hence how many grafts can be safely taken out as a result.
He explained the process clearly including using forceps (instead of implanter pen), because it's more effective and has finer diameter for making slits. His experience was very impressive although so was for other doctors as well. I did he his other patients success photos also but only because i asked for it as opposed to them being dumped on me by default to prove his success.
A very fine and astute transplant surgeon, Dr. Satya was my choice of doctor at the end of my research. He performed the whole surgery of 3500 grafts (except planting grafts which was done by his expert team under his supervision). He was present all the time and chit chatted, listened to 'chilling music' as the surgery happened, his team was following strictest best practices during the process and I had a pain free FUE transplant. This is a post-op feedback. I am yet to see the results but I will heavily recommend Dr Satya to anyone who wants a doctor that will do a customised, safe and successful transplant without ANY margin of error. Good luck!

Seating arrangement was very less. The OPD is very less. No availability of parking. The vehicles were parked on the main road which was a nuisance for regular traffic. Absence of Air conditioner made waiting area heat unbearable.
