I had sticky red - black stool day evening Then 2- 3 time brown sticky elimination after that.. Feeling blotting Is this matter of concern ?

Lips and tonsil infection
My lips chap easily... Last year i got severe infection of lips there were blisters all over and it also affected tonsils (swelling and pain)..doc recommended steroids and antibiotics due to which it repeated few mounts after, ...then i adopted homeopathy which helped me but not fully....my lips chap frequently with pain and redness...not able to eat salty , spicy food...is this due to infection or my lips skin is very sensitive...please suggest should i opt for diagnostic test or anything
Done my fasting blood sugar it shows 107
Today I have done my fasting blood sugar and its shows 107.9 Exactly one month ago I had done my fasting blood sugar it showed 114 so my blood sugar has reduced to 107.9. So is this range normal or I have to reduce it more I have not taken any medicine I only walked half and hours daily for one month. Plzz recommend next steps to reduce less than 100. I am attaching my report My age is 22 and male. Is it OK for my age to have this level.
Tlc increased to 44.4
Can stress increase tlc count to 44.4. Tlc count is increased to 44.4 and absolute leucocyte counts are also increased but dlc r normal , rbc plt hb counts are with in normal range, crp ,anticcp are normal,esr 16 . had burning micturation and smelly urine prior to the test, eaten only once a day and oily pulses (as there was death in the house) due to some rituals. Also was under stress . What could be the reason. As last year around june july my reports were normal and now tlc are raised alot
