After recently hitting menopause, I am observing frequent fluctuations in my blood pressure as well as my pulse rate. At times my pulse rate spikes above 90 making me feel uneasy. What could be the reason for such fluctuations in my BP and pulse rate?

Is any sign of heart attack 15 days prior of this report? I was suffering from insomnia and anxiety for 10 days and one day when I was feeling very worried and stress I feel my left arm vein was swollen and I feel chest pain for some time . Is my ECG AND ECHO OK? My Cholesterol level is Cholesterol total-235 Triglycerids-138 HDL Cholesterol (HDLC)-80 Non HDL Colesterol-155 LDL Cholesterol-138.47 VLDL Cholesterol-27.6 I can't upload Lipid profile report because no option for upload more than 2 documents HDL CHOLESTEROL 80 GOOD OR BAD?

Do i need to do coronary angiogram once?

My Ecg is normal, echo normal(ef65%), but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48,, HDL 64, ldl 54, tg 42, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), creatinine 0.72, bp remains low most of the time between 100-107 /65-75, pulse rate normally 54- 62 bpm. I feel discomfort and tightness  like feeling just a of the left chest  while walking sometime, even at rest.. feel palpitation type of sensations. I walk 30 minutes every day. Non smoker, non alchoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? Please help doctor, i am very upset. How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Thank you
