I feel off balance after travelling. My head is pressurized like something is wrong in the ear but not sure. Numbness on the head. Couldn't focus clearly on the moving objects. What can be the cause of it?

Body Itching at Night since a week
Hello Doctor, I am observing this strange problem since a week. I am suffering from itching at night 90% and 10% in day time. I am feeling inconvenience and also disturbing my sleep at night. High bp problems
One year back I diagnosed with high bp . I don't have symptoms I went for doctor for dengue treatment then I found my bp 160/110 . I don't have any symptoms. After one month of reduce salt intake and exercise my bp around 140/100 . So doctor give cilindipine 5 morning and evening. After two months of this medication still my bp greater than 130/90 and I can feel palpitations so doctor give metoprolol 25 morning and cilindipine 5mg night. I am taking g it more than 10 months my bp under control with walking and meditation. But I am getting palpitations problem in the morning I need to take metoprolol with in two hours of waking up otherwise my palpitations increase and I am getting headaches same thing happening for night dose also . If taking of medication some delayed then I have issues of palpitations and headaches. After medication I am totally fine .Any solution for this mean any medication changes or dosage adjustments. With current medication my bp 125/85.
