I previously have diagnosis with herpes zoster followed by post-herpetic neuralgia and is still taking Gabantin GRS 300 mg and Symbal 20 mg. Considering my current condition and these ongoing medicines, is it safe and appropriately to start Telista 80 mg and Razel EZ 10 mg? Since this is my first BP medication, is starting directly with Telista 80 mg appropriate, or would a lower dose be preferable?

After good 8 hours of sleep, after wakeup I experience palpitations and chest discomfort followed chest pain. Sometimes pain is like sharp pin pinch pain.
