Anal Fissure

I have been having pain during bowel movements on and off for the past few months. The pain is sharp, like a cut, mainly when the first part of the stool passes. After the bowel movement, the pain is much less and usually settles. Warm sitz baths have been helping, and recently the pain has improved somewhat.I drink plenty of water, eat vegetables and fiber, and have started eating oats. My stool is generally not very hard, but I'm now anxious about passing stool because of the pain. How can i heal this.
