I am male and 28 years old and from the past few days I am getting full body cramps. Even with light movement inam getting cramps. There is little bit of numbness and tingling as well. I did my blood test and my vitamin b12 level was 120, d3 level was 41, magnesium level was 2.04 and calcium level was 9.70. I took one neurobion forte injection 24 hrs ago but the whole body cramps are still there. What needs to be done?
