From 3 days I am having headache around the temple area and head area around ear the intensity is medium and low range but there is a sense of discomfort and from yesterday I am feeling also sore throat(gale mei kharaash) and I also have pain in the left area of the neck I have taken disprin the first day and the rest days I have taken paracetamol 650 one at a day but the headache has not gone completely and freshness is not there what is it and how many days it will take to be completely gone and any treatment please tell before that I have drank cold drink and chilled fruit juice with ice..

Hi I'm a 29 year old female yesterday. I randomly checked my blood pressure initially it was 98/83, again I checked it was 112/93, I have repeated it several times and diastolic readings were above 85. But when I lie down the blood pressure is normal 111/80. Kindly suggest, I'm a mother of 5 months old baby currently breastfeeding, I'm 82 kgs and 163cm.
