Abnormal cholesterol report

Hi Doctor, what is the best way to increase hdl and decrease Idl cholesterol as my report came abnormal.. I have also less platelet count which is 117. My vitamin d & b12 level also came low so i started taking supplementary tablets for both. So is this all parameters related to each other? I don't have any past disease record. Cold waves in body

Gallbladder removal surgery 1 month ago, complaint of tiredness sudden cold waves sensation in the body, followed by anxiety for 5 minutes and then resolve by its own, and burning sensation in any part of the body not limited to one part but mainly thighs and foot, also sometime to the back and shoulders, suddenly started 3 to 4 days ago with small cold waves ... I thought hormonal issue but after 5 days of periods back pain resolve but the same thing continues.. yesterday night suddenly I felt cold waves in the body and my foot and hands become cold suddenly I was anxious and it continue till 5 minutes then resolved by its own but the burning sensation in the thighs and legs sometimes in the back is continuous

Hello Doctor, i don't know what problem i am facing but in night sometimes i lift my tshirt upward and just run my fingers over my chest, stomach and back. And then my hand takes down my underwear and itch penis and buttock region and yesterday night my mom saw me naked doing this now i am not able to face my mother. I don't have any infection but still itching happening only in night on whole upper body and private areas what should i do ?
