Hi, one of my friend is hesitant to visit a doctor so I'm using this platform for his query. He recently had intercourse with a sex worker and his condom did broke in the middle for which he immediately changed it (didn't ejaculate). But since after a day he started having muscle pain so he has a doubt that he is exposed to HIV/AIDS/STDs. I wanted to ask what might be the possible reason for this muscle pain. He was back from traveling 12hrs journey and also had sex in same posture for longtime so adding this for reference.
