I have a history of lumbar spondylosis with lordosis and knee osteophytes.. for a few years, recently I got knee pain in right knee on bending, i took x ray but it shows no problem.. so then I was waiting n now I'm getting burning sensation behind knee, and this is right knee but sometimes in left leg some random spot it burns for few seconds... I observed in arm too but started b12 as im deficit in it... what to do? Who to consult or go to physiotherapist? I ice the back n pain subsides the burning too..
Please help im afraid of mri n im heavy weight all I hear is lose weight .. so im afraid of seeking medical help ... please help me ..
Some said I had si joint dysfunction. I hand one side lower back hip and leg pain.mri is very mild .
Findings — Alignment/bones:
Transitional lumbosacral anatomy with lumbarization of S1
Vertebral body heights normal
Small Schmorl's node at inferior endplate of L2
No acute bone injury or suspicious marrow lesion
Disc spaces:
Disc desiccation at L2-L3
Small posterior disc bulges at L2-L3, L3-L4, L4-L5, and L5-S1 — mildly indenting the front of the thecal sac, not touching or compressing any nerve roots
Spinal canal measurements (AP diameter):

Impression:
Small multilevel posterior disc bulges (L2-L3 through L5-S1), minimal thecal sac indentation, no nerve root compression
L2-L3 disc desiccation + small L2 inferior endplate Schmorl's node
Lumbarization of S1; no significant spinal canal stenosis or neural foraminal narrowing.
I'm doing physio therapy and it's been 6 daysout 24, + 6 follow up sessions rem , I don't feel any major improvement .
will I recover myself in rem days?
My son while playing football injured and twisted his hand which led to breakage of his forearm bone
Doctors have straightened his hand and plastered it but have been told to wait for a week and then check if recovery is there
If not then they have advised to put plates in his forearms
I have attached the before and after hand x-rays please guide and tell if natural recovery is possible as we are not in favour of surgery until necessary
Any guidance and advice would be helpful regarding how to manage the hand, what position should the hand be in.
Will he be able to fully recover or not?
My mother,P.Nagamani underwent spinal fusion surgery for spinal stenosis (L4-L5) on 25/08/2026 ,she has been prescribed Gabapentin nerve medication, zacy mr ,pantop 40 post surgery medications but since 3 days she has been feeling loss of balance sensation on standing (unable to stand even a minute without support), posterior leg trembling from calf to feet and loss of sensation on big toes and tingling in feet .Any medications to help her in this condition? Please kindly help.
