I am F30 overweight . I am having pain on bottom of the foot of my left leg . Position is around 2 fingers below my middle toe. Hi doctors My shoulder orthoscopic surgery for bankart leasion had done 7 months ago and iam continuously using tablets as suggested by doctors i.e pain killers and also daily doing sometimes physio exercises.. But improvement is only around 75% . Not able to freely do hand moment's still feel like stuck . And stiffness. I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis issue, have tried almost everything, Hot-Cold bath for foot, painkillers, rolling foot over cold bottle, vitamin D, Collagen supplements, even took, nervite(for nerve pain). I have consulted to 2-3 doctors but still the issue remains also with plantar fasciitis pain, now i feel pain on the back of my heel, a bit of burning sensation as well.
