And right now i am takeing MBSONL TABLET for under tounge
Pls help me to solve this problem and suggest me best tablet for gel or anything
Also i smoke every day 1 or 2 sigartte and also i stop the rajnigandha and tobbaco from last 1.5 months since 1.5month i didnt eat any chewing tobbaco only smoke

Hi,
I had used braces 5years back and was fine until 2 years back. Now I'm getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months because of tartar formation.
Doctor said it's because of bacteria and said no permanent cure for this except repeated cleaning.
I want to know if there is a permanent solution to stop this repeated tartar formation. It annoys to get teeth cleaned even after brushing teeth properly.
