गर्दन के दाएं तरफ दर्द रहित गांठ
मेरी गर्दन के दायी तरफ गांठ एक साल पहले से है। पहले इसमें दर्द होता था.. और फिर इसमें से वाइट fluid निकला,और कम हो गयी..खत्म नहीं हुई .और फिर वही अब मोटी हो गयी और दर्द भी नहीं है... क्या यह कैंसर की शुरुआत है

Diagnosed iron deficiency anemia and on IV dextran with improvement but CBC shows mildly high platelets 5lakh also I will attach a report as well and Mean platelet count is within normal limits should I be worried or is it reactionary thrombocytosis ?
