I have these symptoms from several months. Puffiness on face, hands and feet. Body feels swollen. Weight gain though my calorie intake is less, I don't have any carb or sugar craving. Tiredness, lethargic, stiffness at feet, Shaft. Bloating after the meal. Always sleepy. Retention. Low stamina. Difficulty climbing stair case. Always heaviness in the body. When I exercise my weight increase. Swelling at ankle in the morning and after exercise. Difficulty to focus. Shivering in fingers while typing or doing any activity. Do I have a heart condition.?
