Use of corticosteroid in milliary tb

My mother was diagnosed with milliary tb with starting att doctor prescribed corticosteroid for 3 weeks .No other organ symptoms complaint was there she was malnourished with minimal pedal edema ,her BP was 80/58 with loss of appetite shortness of breath, night sweats fever .on starting att fever resolved in 3-4 days and her appetite improved with no cough .but due to not giving dose acc to weight band she had 2 time dili on modified att including streptomycin levoflox ethambutol was given during dili .now on getting her x ray done after one month of treatment her tb in x ray is showing increased can it be due to corticosteroid or drug resistance

Joint pain in tb

My mother is taking modified att linozid levoflox ethambutol.Last uric acid level was 3.7 on Monday. She has complaint of joint pain in night due to which unable to sleep I have already told the doctor he is saying that pain is due to uric acid. What could be the other reasons for her pain as her uric acid are under normal range

Mucus in throat & Cant take breath fully

Last 5 days having a mucus in throat constantly and whenevr i clear throat i get the mucus .also breathing difficulty cant inhale completely. Its not in the night facing this only in day

Drug resistance tb

My mother was given att after one 3 days her fever resolved but due to liver injury 2 times her drug was changed 2 times to S/L/E regimen on second time changing to S/L/E she stepped having fever again with cough but appetite was good it has been 40 days since she started her treatment is this a sign of drug resistance tb

Tb treatment

My mother was diagnosed with tb doctor started att treatment not according to her weight her fever resolved in 3-4 days but alt/ast rise to 440/660 .so all medicine were stopped and shifted to S/L/E regimen after 10-11 days when her enzymes level were below 100 they removed S and added isoniazid/ levo/ethambutol but this too was in high dose after one week rifampicin was added that too in high dose lft after 3 days were normal so pyrazinamide was added on adding pyrazinamide her alt/ast rose to 560/790 then I was told to stop all medicine I requested the emergency doctor not to stop but start alternative regimen S/L/E was started on starting S/L/E she started having fever again which slowly increased daily for one week so I got her chest x ray done which was showing her tb has increased at alt/ast 138/120 she was again started on att but this time according to weight her fever resolved, but she had body pain and itching is there any chance of drug resistance tb in her case
