Confused btwn Cervical and Cardiac Pain

I am 33 and I have cervical spondylitis with compression in C6, C7. Recently my Apple Watch warned me of low HR during sleep at night which is around 40-41 BPM in the middle of the night. I had been physically active last year 2023 and in 2022 with around 5KM Brisk walks and runs every day. Since January after I got Cervical Spondylitis; I haven't been able to walk so much. My resting HR is around 55 and I did a brisk walk 3 KM today with HR almost 115 bpm. Doctors asked for ECG, ECHO, Holter monitor 24hrs and all of them are normal. However, I still get pinching pain all over my chest, sternum, back middle on the side of spine, side of chest on left side, sometimes neck, shoulders. THIS DRIVES me crazy thinking there is something wrong with my Heart. I also had numbness in left hand little finger+ ring finger bt with passing months the numbness almost gone I can usually walk 2-3KM even now without getting out of breath. But the pinching pain around these actually make me crazy.

My father had CABG last September

My father had CABG last year and in the consultations after his discharge( 3months, 6months) the doctor didn't advise for any tests to be done(like ECG,ECHO). He has been sleeping a lot when he's tired. I heard from others who had a similar surgery that these tests are usually done during consultations. My father isn't someone who tells us if he has mild discomforts and he has been the same after the surgery also. I am scared whenever he sleeps a lot now. Are these tests a regular protocol of some sort? Should we look for a different doctor for consultation?
