I have been using Neuromed PG (pregabalin 75mg + mythlcynacobolamin 750mcg) from past 3 months for nerve pain , I'm now facing continuous Dizziness throughout the day and nerve tingling in hands and legs and when I wakeup in the morning my little finger is numb with cramp for few minutes, Is it becoz of side effects of Neuromed PG , I have consulted with general physician he has prescribed Virtin 8 mg but my dizziness is still there so I consulted Neurologist he did brain CT scan which was normal, i have also done full body blood test only my B12 level was 775 pg/ml. Can someone advise on next steps.
My 20 month old baby fell off Kitchen Platform and hit back of the head during afternoon. She has been drowsy since with some active times in between. Not eating much or drinking much. Had vomited once after 5-6 hours after the fall while eating only 2 spoons. There seems to be no major visible swelling to the head. Pls guide
