My brother had an open heart surgery when he was 5 years. Now he is 22.He is currently working and physically fit and not taking any kind of treatments or medicines. But when it Comes to medical clearance for work visa it is getting rejected due to only the scar visible in xray... What's the remedy.. After a full body examination can he get a medically fit certificate apart from the scar visible in xray.
Why the medical clearance is repeatedly rejecting only because of the scar?
My father had CABG last year and in the consultations after his discharge( 3months, 6months) the doctor didn't advise for any tests to be done(like ECG,ECHO). He has been sleeping a lot when he's tired. I heard from others who had a similar surgery that these tests are usually done during consultations. My father isn't someone who tells us if he has mild discomforts and he has been the same after the surgery also. I am scared whenever he sleeps a lot now. Are these tests a regular protocol of some sort? Should we look for a different doctor for consultation?
