I am facing hairloss issues since few months, volume has decreased and length is not growing as earlier, density is reducing and hair strands are thinning, i am just 13yrs old female, what should i do

Isotret during cephalexin antibiotic
I am on isotret from last 4 months and now on the end of the course. I have just 1 acne as of now. As of now i am taking isotret 30mg on alternate days and my dermatologist would be reducing it after 2-3 weeks if no acne comes. I have got navel infection and general physician prescribed antibiotic cephalexin + clavulanic acid for it. Some dermatologist say i should not take any antibiotic with isotretinoin. While some say that i can take this antibiotic with isotretinoin. (1 hour gap) as it is given in nodulystic acne too What do you suggest? Can i take isotret with 5 day course of antibiotic?
