Tingling and weird sensation in head

Hi Doctor, I have been suffering from severe anxiety, sleeplessness, and breathlessness for the last four years. I experience a fast heartbeat and shivering, especially at night....

Low Energy & Poor Sleep

I have been feeling tired, drained and low on energy most of the time for the past few months. I also feel physically and emotionally exhausted. For the past two months, I have been working night shifts, and my sleep schedule has become irregular. I usually sleep around 8 AM for about 2 hours, then sleep again from around 3 PM to 7:30 PM. I don't feel like I get deep or refreshing sleep. I exercise/walk . Sometimes I feel energetic, but most of the time I feel tired and sleepy during the daytime. My wife says that I snore while sleeping, although not every night. I don't drink coffee or other caffeinated drinks, except green tea sometimes.
