Ringworm due to excessive heat
I am suffering fromringworm due to excessive heat in both my thighs. I am applying clobetasol, neomycin and ketoconazole cream + fluconazole 200 tab OD still it's not relieved. Suggest me

Excessive sweating and heat boils
Hello there, I have been facing this issue since years but now it's getting worst. I sweat a lot from my head and face all the time, with moderate or even with no activity. My head and face is always wet which is making my quality of life bad. Summers are the worst but I even sweat when I am in the AC, while sleeping my bed get completely wet but I feel cold. In winters the problem goes down but I sweat from my armpits. Plus since childhood I get heat boils, used to get it on my face too but it got treated. I still get the heat boils leaving big marks. Do I have medical condition? Sweating may be my natural way of cooling down, why am I so heated all the time? What is wrong with me?
Isotret during cephalexin antibiotic
I am on isotret from last 4 months and now on the end of the course. I have just 1 acne as of now. As of now i am taking isotret 30mg on alternate days and my dermatologist would be reducing it after 2-3 weeks if no acne comes. I have got navel infection and general physician prescribed antibiotic cephalexin + clavulanic acid for it. Some dermatologist say i should not take any antibiotic with isotretinoin. While some say that i can take this antibiotic with isotretinoin. (1 hour gap) as it is given in nodulystic acne too What do you suggest? Can i take isotret with 5 day course of antibiotic?
