I am very much concerned of heart rate. I measure it all the time sometimes it comes 65-66 and sometimes reach 100 while on bed. 2 week before i did holter also and it came normal. Echo tmt done in april and was normal. But sometimes i feel an unusual feeling in chest and feels that bpm has came down, what it is pl help.
