I am 40 years old and working in IT . I started playing football in turf ground with my friends . In mid of game I suddenly feel like fainting and my heart pounds a lot.. I wear an Apple Watch and see that my heart rate goes up to 180 . While some days where I don't sprint a lot I am okay with no issues and max heart rate is 160 during the game is it something I need to worry about and stop playing football. Also I have anxiety which was treated couple of years ago and have coping with it . I did a complete blood test and year ago everything was normal except triglycerides of 290 .
Day before yesterday I has gas and now I am unable to sleep as when I try to sleep sudden chest heavniess occurs and I woke up in stress as it feels like i am going for deep sleep Do not know what to do Is it gas issue or anything else? Plz help
