High LDL and chloride

Got annual checkup done. LDL cholesterol is 120 mg/dl , total cholesterol is 190, hdl is 56. Last when checked in June 2023 LDL was 98.20, total cholesterol was 160, hdl was 53. I'm a vegetarian, weight is 51 kg, I don't consume sugar except having one glass of tea in the evening. I started doing exercises and light workout since feb 2024. My lipid profile was normal even though I was not working out and eating normal like now. Now it's showing high even though I've been more active than before and I don't even know at junk food. Also chloride serum shows 108, earlier it was 107 .. is it interrelated .. is chloride and LDL levels are of concern? What's the cause ? So I've any issue with my kidneys or heart? How do I lower the LDL and chloride pls suggest. Medical history have been added in other box and attached blood report.

Ecocardiography result.

My friend had 2 echocardiography on the duration of 1 and half year because he is having asymptomatic bradycardia, every time in reports there is written that "grade 1 dd" and all other parameters are under normal range. But doctor didn't gave him any medication, and told him that he and his heart is fine and now told that he has to do echocardiography after three years till that no evaluation required. The doctor has already performed tmt and ecg all are normal. On holter for 1 day the doctor recorded that my friend's heart beat goes below 40s while sleeping. While when he is awake his heart beats are above 50s. What is that "grade 1 dd" and is it common findings in people, my friend age is 24. Is this a serious problem?
