My penis is feeling numb. I can't even feel it.i have masturbated a lot 2 to 3 times a day from past7 years . From past 1 year my penis is in trouble I can't even get an erection even watching porn. I also ejaculate within 2-3 mins. My sex drive is also very low. I think my penis have a nerve problem. I am ejaculating without getting fully erect.
