I have been under treatment for Sleeplessness for almost 5 Years Now. In this journey, like many people I was treated for anxiety and other psychosomatic conditions. I have taken numerous medicines as prescribed from time to time.. I will not list all those meds here otherwise you will judge me as someone diving deep in google and resorting to self-treatment, which is not true in my case. I have been patient enough and given good time to all the medicines and all the doctors I came across. I am not a case of treatment failure as my anxiety have been oartially cured in all these years though Insomnia still haunts.
Now I am in pursuit of a psychiatrist who have deep interest and expertise in sleep medicines and handling difficult to treat cases of Anhedonia/OCD and Benzodiazapene dependence.
I am seeking serious help.

Today I'm feeling too anxious due to some personal issues and also feeling chest ache at the same time is it normal or something is wrong with me
I'm experiencing dizziness along with chest pain,pains and tingling sensation like electric shocks in both upper & lower limbs,headaches frequently,back pain like shoulders area,and lower back pain.I had medical history of psychiatric medication like paroxetine 12.5 mg since three years and stopped recently two months ago on doctor's advice by tapering the dose.I was fine for one month.I thought these are my regukar symptoms.But since a month these symptoms are much more frequent occuring and additional symptoms like dizziness,pin needle senstations in fingers of all the limbs,shoulder pains,chest pain,muscle pains in limbs,headaches ,palpitations.I had undergone several cardiac tests like ECG, 2D Echo, troponin I, TMT, ultrasound,etc several times and all came normal.What could be the possible reasons
My mother has had schizophrenia for years. She has been prescribed clozapine 200 mg for the last 6 months, but her symptoms have not gone. She has lost some weight recently and regularly experiences constipation. She also faces extrapyramidal symptoms (EPS) sometimes. What should I do?
