Since 2020 when I got my first periods hamesha regular periods rhe hai. 1-2 days delay hota hmesha but normal rhe hai. Never experienced cramps. 1st day thoda bleeding hota ,2-3 day main bleeding hota , 3rd day night se night time meh bleeding nhi hota buss daytime meh hota 4th day onwards this kam hone lgta. Buss back aur thighs heavy lgte. In July periods ke 1-3 din jelly like thing bleed hora tha thoda thoda then 2 din bleeding hoe but in August periods normal the aur iss mahine abhi tak nhi aae. 10th August around last periods aae the abhi tak september 20 hoge but periods nhi aae . I am virgin no sexual contact. But thoda porn dekhte hoe mastrubation kiya but inject kuch bhi cheez nhi kiya. Kabhi itna delay nhi hota iss bar kyu hora I am really worried. Weight gain thoda hua hai halka halka fever feel hora internally dizziness lgri thakan si lgri stress hora mood swings hore

Hi doctors i had vaginal itching but no discharge so I went to Gynecologist she said fungal infection & took for swab test but report says " scanty growth of normal flora " but Gynecologist said no medicines required and asked to apply only candid gel my hba1c is 5.4
But my itching is still there
Is there any oral medication ?

I’m 39 and have been struggling with sleep for the past 2–3 months. I work throughout the day but don’t usually feel sleepy at night. I end up doomscrolling until around 1 AM and then have to force myself to sleep. I aim to wake at 6 AM but usually wake around 7:30–8 AM, making me late for work. My sleep also doesn’t feel deep or restorative.
My periods are regular, with no hot flashes, night sweats, palpitations or significant anxiety. I do have occasional headaches and mostly watery vaginal discharge.
I have hypothyroidism and take levothyroxine 100 mcg daily. Could my sleep problem be related to my thyroid levels, perimenopause/hormonal changes, or is it more likely due to my sleep habits and screen use?
Should I get my thyroid/hormone levels checked, or consult a gynecologist, physician or sleep specialist?
Periods Started again within a week of my last period which never happened with me. My periods last usually 3-4 days and I am not taking any medication or any sort of things.
