I am 14 weeks pregnant after some bleeding my doctor prescribed me proluton injection weekly. After taking it my bleeding is stopped but little bit some watery black discharge is seen after 3 days of taking this injection.

I am 26 years old. My height is 5'2" and weight is 52 kg. My periods come regularly every month, but bleeding usually lasts only 1 day. During periods, blood clots also pass sometimes. Today I have mild period pain, but bleeding has not started yet. I am unmarried and there is no chance of pregnancy. Is this normal or do I need any tests?
I have iron deficiency.please suggest required supplements and please find the attached reports.
