Hello. I wanted to ask a body-positioning and exercise-related question. While lying on my stomach during sleep or yoga poses like cobra pose, I feel some pressure in the groin/private area. There is usually no pain, but I wanted to understand whether this kind of mild pressure is considered normal and safe for males. Also sometimes penis starts leaking liquid due to pressure on it, is it normal also ?
It's been 2 months since my gallbladder surgery. The first month was fine but from the second month onwards I suddenly started feeling cold all over my body.It suddenly becomes cold in one place at a time, but two or three different places too.Like suddenly it started feeling cold in both the thighs or sometimes it suddenly started feeling cold in the waist or in the shoulder area.Is this just nerve irritation from the anesthesia or something else?I feel like I start thinking too much. If I feel even a little bit of something like this, I think it's too much. I also have fatty liver. I feel that everything is happening because of him and one day all this will destroy me.
I noticed a burning sensation and irritation on my right underarms yesterday. My underarms always look darker and have pigmentation since I shave the area often. No waxing and I always shave.
The last time I shaved was 3 weeks ago. I noticed this irritation and been trying to air out the area as much as possible. The skin feels like burning when the arm is closed.
I tried applying Vaseline and aquaphour gel. It didn't help and the irritation continues.
What could be the issue? What does it look like?
My mother is suffering from fibromyalgia and arthritis-related mobility issues. She is unable to walk properly without support and her legs have become very thin , At night she experiences severe leg pain, tightness/cramping, and discomfort, especially after physical activity or household work. Medicines prescribed by the rheumatologist are not giving significant relief.
For temporary comfort, every night we press her legs using our own feet (pair se pair dabana/walking gently over the legs with feet) for long durations. However, she has become extremely sensitive to even slight changes in pressure or foot positioning. Even natural foot tilting on uneven surfaces while pressing seems to increase her pain suddenly. We want to know whether pressing legs using feet in this way can help temporarily or whether it may actually worsen fibromyalgia, muscle, nerve, or joint-related pain over time.
She also tried physiotherapy twice earlier but it did not help at all , now she doesn't trust it
Patient was hospitalised for 20 days and now discharged ,at home on nasal feeding ,low level of calcium. All vitalsare okay. Medicines given are atorvastin 10 mg, Telma 20 mg, Shukral also she has got bedshote and dressing has been carries out. During nasal feeding we got mix of blood , water and cough.
