Heaviness from 6 month followed tinitus
Feb end I got cold n was having sinus issues also so I was putting ghee in nose n after putting ghee I slept n felt little heavy in ear next morning. So took cheston cold for 2 days but no relief so consulted ENT after 1 month who advised EEBAS 20 and EVEBRO N for 5 days but still no relief so extended the course for 7 days of EEBAS 20, EVEBRO N, DECA 6, RUTHBRO D AND CFX CV along with karvol plus steam . Then suggested OTOCAP VT and ODIMONT LC for 7 days but still no relief. He checked ear from device and outer drum is clean Attaching typnogram and audiometry reports
Throat issues
My dr said I have hypertrophied tonsils and it needs to operate. Is it really necessary and we cannot treat this with meds? I have on off pain on left side of throat and it feels something is stuck or a thorn is there from last 1.5 month , changed multiple docs, all said infection but today my physician said it's hypertrophied tonsils

Hello, For two days I have been feeling a pimple near right ear end because it's been painful since yesterday at the start of the ear where the cheek is connected, jha earrings pehnte h uske just niche aur jha ear aur cheek connected hote hai wha, ek pimple feel ho raha adha bahar aur adha under and it's paining, aur uske just 1 inch niche ek guilty feel ho rha h , it's not paining but touch karne pe feel ho rha hai node type, today I was just touching the pimple near the earend aur suddenly hath wha gya aur feel hone lga since then i m having anxiety ki kya hai ye Left ear side nahi hai Can you please guide
Throat pain when sneezing
I'm a 30Y male. About 1yr ago I had oral sex with a woman. Since then I’ve been experiencing sharp pain in my throat when I sneeze. The pain can be quite intense, around 7/10, and usually lasts for about 10–20 seconds after sneezing before settling down. I also feel like I have a mild sore or scratchy throat almost every morning after waking up, but this usually improves within 5–10 minutes. I do not have any other symptoms. I don’t have fever, cough, breathing difficulty, mouth ulcers, swollen neck glands, weight loss, or difficulty eating or swallowing food. I also do intense running regularly, so initially I wondered whether the symptoms could be related to exercise or throat irritation from running. I stopped running for some time specifically to see whether the throat pain would improve, but the symptoms have continued despite stopping. I have already had a throat swab culture, which came back normal. My main concern is whether these symptoms could still be related to the oral-sex
