Swallowing Treatment

Health Q&A
Nasopharynx block

The inner openings of my nose that connect toward my throat are blocked or congested. Because of this, I am having headaches and pain or pressure in my nose, especially when I bend down. However, I can breathe normally through my nose, and my nose is not actually blocked. I’m wondering whether my headache and nasal pain could be caused by something else rather than nasal blockage.

Are there any precautions I should follow during recovery? Thank you.
