Sir recently I moved from cold(warm) places to chennai (tamil nadu) which is little bit hot....sweating all time and now my head and body has began to develop itching whenever I go at sun and my skin also developed micro hairpoint size small white spots .. what is the reason of it...now I am eating OKACET -L tablet
I have fungal infection on chest and torso .consulted dermatologist locally and was prescribed itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for a month ,an antihistamine for itching and an antifungal.cream and ketoconazole soap for bathing.its been a week but I don't see any improvement and itching still occurs and I feel it continues to spread and get.larger. How long does it take to.actually show improvement .I never had fungal infection earlier in my life.this is the first time

Hi Sir/Maam I am doing work from home. When I step out even for 15 mins after 9 am, I am facing itchiness all over the body including the scalp. If I sweat, the itch is getting increased. I can see pink spots in the hands and legs. I can understand this is due to summer and body heat. I am prone to allergies. Kindly clarify with your advice.
