There was rapidly increasing in white hairs on my scalp and beard . Have done certain test on the recommendation of Dermatologist in which my b12 was low and same with vitamin D . Ps :- Have gallbladder surgery in 2018 after this I face certain digestive issues like excessive flautence , Sudden indigestion after breakfast mainly sometimes which forces me to go to washroom urgently can this leads to malabsorption of nutrients from food and cause these difecency .
