I have sinus issues, Can i use double distilled water or any distilled water for machine or battery use for nasal irrigation I have saline mix packets to mix with the water as well I am asking as distilled or sterile water is not available at medical shops near my place
Diagnosed type 2 diebetic, from past 6 months on metformin from past 1 month been on linaglyptin 2.5 and metformin 500 mg once the problem is my nasal area feel too much dry and sinus area also, my right nostril feel congested and in sleep it's very irritating. Is metformin and linaglyptin has this side affect. Because dry nose and sinus problems started to feel after I started the medication. I want to stop the medecine but want a suggestion first from the community. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have done my Septoplasty + FESS 14 days back my right side nostril is completely clear but left side is still blocked. Also I spitting out dark blood till today is it normal? I can also see a turbinate like thing which is inside my left nostril is it swollen or blocking the nasal passage should we need to remove/reduce it again?
I'm a 30Y male. About 1yr ago I had oral sex with a woman. Since then I’ve been experiencing sharp pain in my throat when I sneeze. The pain can be quite intense, around 7/10, and usually lasts for about 10–20 seconds after sneezing before settling down. I also feel like I have a mild sore or scratchy throat almost every morning after waking up, but this usually improves within 5–10 minutes. I do not have any other symptoms. I also do intense running regularly, so initially I wondered whether the symptoms could be related to exercise or throat irritation from running. I stopped running for some time specifically to see whether the throat pain would improve, but the symptoms have continued despite stopping.
