Bump in my wrist

I have been going to the gym for the past 2-3 weeks and since 3-4 days I have noticed a bump in the left side of my right wrist. It is a slightly stiff bump and pains when I bend my wrist backwards. Its size reduces the day I rest but increases again after going to gym. It is something I should be worried about?

Open mri or closed mri for c -spine

For c -spine can I take  open mri . What is the difference between open mri and closed mri . Im clusterophobic.

Loosing hope with the pain

I have pain in whole back majorly right hip ,both legs majorly right leg .I don't know what to do .it eases when I lie down and sit on soft surfaces but walking feels difficult and body feels so tight .I have more of a momentary pain then when I am stable.i have attached the mri .
