For a few months now I am having very low blood flow during my periods. It's usually flow for 3 days with 28 to 30 days cycle. What should I do. I am active, no alcohol or smoking habit, no medication either.

My left breast has itching suddenly after my periods and when I press it there is clear discharge. This has been happening from 3 months and just happens for 5-6 days and then gets normal.
