Acne sensitive skin

Hii I am an acne prone girly I do get redness as well on my skin...i think it is sensitive... therefore I also switched to a gentle cleanser.. But after using gentle cleanser i think I am getting close comedones and red bumps...and acne... before this gentle cleanser i was using salicylic acid face wash...which was fine for me but it was little harsh now I am stuck because using a gentle cleanser causes clogged pores but using an active face wash is harsh what should I do

Itchy rash from last 3 month
