Hello I am issues with clearing my stomach despite good water intake ... On a calories deficit which makes clearing tummy difficult but also feel bloated if I don't go. When I travel out of town it gets worse .. Could you'll please suggest any tablet liquid that can be taken so I don't feel swollen bloated during the trip.

She currently does not exhibit any major red-flag symptoms such as a high-grade fever, severe localized abdominal pain, visible blood in the stool, but she definitely had some sudden weight loss and her cheeks look so flat and in pain it seems. What is the problem and how to rule out Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS-D) or food intolerances.
Around a week ago, I had a high fever and diarrhea. I was treated with ORS and plenty of fluids. The fever subsided, but I continued to experience a stomachache, slow digestion, foul-smelling gas, and less frequent diarrhea. My doctor prescribed a course of probiotics, which I completed, but it didn't provide much relief. After that, I took Norfloxacin for three days, which also had little effect. Currently, I started taking Metrogyl 400. I took a dose last night and felt relief from my stomach cramps this morning. Since I am prone to constipation, I would like to know the exact dosage and duration?
I was positive for Hpylori in july and gastro gave me Rifashell 400 twice for 30 days but could only do 20days then i had to stop because of some financial distress. Now in Sep I m getting acidic burps and burning sensation i m nauseous and moreover i use to take nicotex beacuse i quit smoking 6 months ago. How can i get my digestion back and gut issues be gone? Should i repeat Rifashell400 and complete the course ? Should i add something to heal my gut lining. Cause PanD couldnt solve my acidity it s too extreme.
