I started doing prone masturbation at age 14 and now I am 20 and have been doing it for almost 6 years.
During first 4 years I didn't watch much porn. Recently I have been watching porn a lot ( even though I don't want to).
From past 10 months i have been experiencing low libido, decrease in spontaneous erection and erection hardness and no morning wood for 10 months.
Recently from 4 -5 months i have switched to normal masturbation but frequency is same 7 times a week .
And due to excess watching for porn i have started to get weird thoughts even though I don't want them because of porn and it's contents.

It came negative and my doctor said that there's nothing to worry about and everything is fine. However, if I want I could go through one more follow right after 6 weeks.
Should I rely on these tests considering that it was done within 2-3 days only?
My anxiety has gone down now but still I'm worried now and then. Please help.
