There was rapidly increasing in white hairs on my scalp and beard . Have done certain test on the recommendation of Dermatologist in which my b12 was low and same with vitamin D .
Ps :- Have gallbladder surgery in 2018 after this I face certain digestive issues like excessive flautence , Sudden indigestion after breakfast mainly sometimes which forces me to go to washroom urgently can this leads to malabsorption of nutrients from food and cause these difecency .
Please help me to stop further whitening of hair and reversing of white hairs . Due to doctors recommendation I supplement me with nueborn forte , D capsule , altris spray solution . But doesn't benefitted from these
So, last Saturday my 7 day course of valacyclovir 3g a day completed for the chicken pox. Since then i have seen most of the lesions crusting. But today i saw this red flat bump on my finger suddenly and on the neck a bump like thing, both were itchy.
Is that on-off symptoms of chickenpox?
And is that common to occur and will resolve on its own?
Please guide.

I hav been having mild to moderate acne since the past 15 years
Hav used retin-a cream previously when I was a teenager

Now I'm using combination of azelaic acid topically and deriva cms for past 2 montha
Benzoyl peroxide for spot treatment
I used to use salicylic acid but now I'm not using it
I'm using a ceramide moisturizer at night
And eucerin dry touch sunscreen in the morning
My periods r regular .
I hav minimal facial hair and my acne is mainly pustules and whiteheads
Pustules seem to be more common on chin and lower jaw line now...but my problem area has been my cheeks since many years
Should i get checked for hormonal acne
