About the unwanted pregnancy
Hello Doctor, I need a consultation regarding an unwanted pregnancy. My last proper period started on 30 August, and I had unprotected intercourse afterward. I would like to know whether I am pregnant and, if the pregnancy is confirmed, what safe options are available for medical abortion. I also want to know whether abortion medication is suitable for me and how it should be taken under medical supervision.

Vaginal Outer Area Itching & Irritation
Hello Doctor, I have a lot of itching in the outer vaginal area, especially at night. I also have small bumps there, along with some irritation. Washing with water does not completely relieve the itching. Because of the itching, I am unable to sleep properly throughout the night. Please advise me on what treatment or cream I should use.
Long periods
I had spotting for the first few days around my date of period, then I started bleeding normally on the last Monday and since then I am bleeding it's been more than 7 days during this time I am loosing big clots of blood too, I didn't have periods like this, it's completely painless and I don't feel weak but it's just the bleeding isn't stopping. I had also started gym on Monday after a break and also started taking himalaya ashwagandha a few days prior to the spotting started. I'm very scared
