Food Allergy Test

Food allergy occurs as our body’s natural defence system overreacts after coming in contact with a certain substance that it treats as an unhealthy foreign matter. Allergy can be medically diagnosed through blood tests by finding out the Immunoglobulin E antibodies present in your blood and making a food-specific testing on that. Nasal congestion, wheezing and respiratory problems arise in severe cases.
