I have post inflammatory hyperpigmentation after one acne break out. The acne break out has gradually decreased but the PIH marks are still there. What medicine to use so that it fades quickly?

This has been present in front of my right ear since past 2-3 months. Initially was smaller and seed like; is soft-moderate, non tender and feels mobile since it is adherent to the overlying skin. Roughly 1cm in diameter and has increased in size in the past couple of months. No history of any discharge, itchiness, redness or pain. Does not look like a comedone since pore is not present
