I had a severe throat infection in December which eventually improved, but I've had recurrent throat symptoms since then. For the last two months I've had persistent throat pain, predominantly on the right side, pain when swallowing, and right-sided ear pain. I also feel some swelling on the right side of my neck. I have completed azithromycin and then clarithromycin, but the pain persists.
I need assistance regarding my septorhinoplasty. I would like to discuss some concerns related to my nose appearance and symmetry after the surgery and would appreciate guidance on the next steps.
